Providing exceptional patient experiences is not just a consideration at OneGoodSmile; it is our mission and the cornerstone of our care.
This advanced dental technology allows us to provide the best possible care in the safest way possible for the most beneficial long-term improvements to our patients’ oral health and overall wellbeing. Unlike dentistry of the past, advanced technologies of today have made it possible to diagnose oral conditions early, improve the accuracy and precision of many procedures, and provide an overall positive experience for patients. Our technology also minimizes or eliminates the need for patients to undergo conventional treatments and services that are often uncomfortable and invasive. We are proud to offer our patients dentistry that leverages this advanced dental technology, as well as the expertise of our experienced team.
We offer a range of advanced dental technology that we use to improve the experiences of all our patients. From accurate 3D diagnostics to minimally invasive laser dentistry, the technologies we integrate into your care help streamline treatment, reduce discomfort, accelerate healing, and produce better long-term clinical outcomes. To help our patients achieve the most optimal oral health and overall wellness, we integrate the following advanced dental technology:
Cone Beam CT technology provides highly precise, quality 3D images of the interior of the mouth, including the teeth, gums, bone, nerves, and sinus cavities. Three-dimensional imaging is a crucial initial step for many of our treatment processes as it produces highly accurate representations of the oral structures with much less skewing and radiation as that of conventional x-rays.
The intraoral camera provides chairside imaging that allow patients to see what the dentist does. Images of the teeth taken through the camera displayed in real time on a chairside monitor provide accurate information used to educate patients on their current oral condition and the benefits of treatment.
The BIOLASE® Waterlase dental laser provides minimally invasive alternatives to traditional soft tissue treatments. Dental lasers can perform the same treatments, but without the need for scalpels, incisions, or sutures. We use the Waterlase to remove caries, perform frenectomies and gingivectomies, and treat peri-implantitis and gum disease.
Planmeca ProMax® 3D imaging technology produces detailed images of the teeth, bone structure, nerves, and sinus cavities within the mouth. These images aid in the treatment planning of more complex procedures, such as dental implant placement, bone grafting, or root canals.
The Planmeca Emerald™ Scanner captures high-quality and realistic intraoral images of the mouth. In addition to helping you see accurate images of your mouth, these 3D scans help improve the accuracy of treatment planning.
